So, if you think you are asking a question anon, it really isn't.

For those trolling, they can't truly hide ...

  • There are a lot of things you can see in your own answers profile that nobody else can - if an answer posted under a user name is deleted by the user, the deletion message shows up. If CM deletes it, or they lose points from anon downvotes, people see the numbers change, but the message doesn't show to anyone else. (and sometimes when CM deletes things there is no message at all, like when they go through and prune a rude answer and the 5 answers that responded to it).

  • I m sure the others have hit on it and only the poster can see the anon content. The same is true for journals. Your anon journal shows up on your profile widget for you but not for anyone else.
