What are somme other ways to do standing crunches

Iam looking for newer ways to do my crunches standing up iam getting board with what iam doing

  • When I was in the Marine Corps we use to do this exercise called steam engines. Here is a website to explain how to do it.

  • Just move your rib cage toward your pelvic bone, slowly and steadily. The good thing is you can do it while you're brushing your teeth or standing on a bus or waiting in line...

  • I have only ever done them on the equipment that you hang from to do the crunches.
