Do you do or take certain medications or vitamins for allergies in the spring?

I've read many things recently about the ecinacea (?) spell sorry.
ANY stuff worth using or trying?

What works?
What doesn't ?

  • I started using feverfew because I heard it was good for migraines. Turns out it is great for allergies too. It worked better for me than antihistamines. It is very inexpensive ($6 for a 2 month supply at Super Supplements) the only catch is you have to start taking it a month before the allergy season starts so it has time to build up in your system.
