We do, we live in the Country and have an invisible fence, so she runs the yard as she pleases. We don't want any problems with such a minor detail of NOT having one, and making it a MAJOR detail. Our state now lets us due it on line, and it's really great.

We don't have any dogs, and it's not required for our cats. If we do get a dog then yes, we will. When we moved to town we had a very sweet little dog that stayed outside. The school kids would walk past our house to go to the park (where they go for PE on nice days - so several classes several times a day) and she would bark and run along the fence - kind of saying hi, wanna play. One of the teachers took that as a threat (but the dog was on a leash inside our fence) and called the dog catcher on her. We were told she had to have a license or they would take her - fine we did. We did end up giving her away though, several kids started throwing rocks at her and a couple of times I caught them (the kids) trying to get in the fence. The dog was not mean, and she was little, but she was the only outside dog on the way to and from the park, and I think I know why.
