Here ya go! This is not the technique i use, but should work just fine. I got my meditation techniques from Hindu Monks. You have to be gun-ho to go that route though...

I agree meditation is great. Breathing deep a few times will help in situations. Also, stay positive by visualizing a happy place or memory. Every morning I think about 3 things I am truly thankful for. That helps me when my day starts going crazy... I say to myself, self, it really isn't as bad as it could be and I have many things to be thankful for. I found that when you stop feeling bad for yourself stress reduces. Best of luck :)

Exercise does work...but i always seem very stressed right before i exercise & then i don't do it...lol. But, when i do exercise, it does help A LOT! It gets those happy endorphins flowing!
