anyone ever ate fewer calories to loose weight?

  • Doing it now and I can definitely see a difference within 4 days!! It helps to count your calories!! do it, you'll see and you'll be happier.

  • my neighbors says she eats only 400 calories a day and she is extremely skinny. works for her.

  • Yes. The only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories and exercise more. It doesn't have to mean counting calories. You can do this in many ways, many different diets that may focus on carbs etc. But it all comes back to fewer calories.

  • I started with 1500, going to go down 150 a week until I get to 1200. You can't just jump to 1200, it's not healthy. You'll start losing your energy and get weak.

  • I also do a DVD work out every day and try to walk a lot too. We're going walking today actually.
