  • I started having them around 11. I was bullied really badly in middle school, & that brought them on (plus migraines ugh). Didn't have them again until after my DD was born, & now I'm on Zoloft to control the anxiety. Yaay for non-crazy me!

  • ugh, i hate panic attacks. mine is controlling my life and because of what lexapro did to me, im now scared shitless to try something else.
    i had my first one in 2008 ( i was 23) i had a new baby, we moved out of state, my job was 50 minutes away, i knew nothing or no one. i was homesick...
    i had my panic attack in the car, now i associate anyway of transportation (bus, plane, car) with panic attacks and i freak out when i get in the car. it sucks.
