Before i got pregnant i was 145lbs. when i was pregnant i was 156lbs. now that my son is 11months old i now weigh 115lbs. My question is how do i gain weight the healthly way?

Before pregnancy: 145 lbs.
During pregnancy: 156lbs.
After pregnancy:115lbs.

I still eat as if i am pregnant i am currently not pregnant. I just miss my old weight...:-(

  • Get your thyroid checked- pregnancy can interfere with thyroid function-

  • I'd say be happy, as you get older you'll gain just bec your older. If the Dr. says there is nothing wrong with you, and it's a good normal weight for you, I'd stay with it. Other wise, just eat very healthy nourishing meals.

  • girl before i got preg i was 125lbs. i went up to 147 when i was preg and after i had my DS i went down to 115. now im up to 160 because of pcos.....
    i need to lose the weight fast...
    but eat healthy....if your dr says its healthy, dont fret.

  • Just eat healthy, make sure not to skip meals. I did the same thing after dd was born. Ensure will help, if you are underweight...but right now, just make sure you are eating 3 meals/day.
