  • Actually, having 5 or 10 extra pounds doesn't cause many problems - in fact if you lead a healthy lifestyle i.e. exercise and eat healthy but carry an extra few lbs, you're MUCH less likely to have health problems than if you're "skinny" but eat a lot of junk and don't exercise. It's about being healthy from the inside out. I'm not talking being obese though, I'm talking a few extra pounds. and yes, I'd rather be "healthy" than "skinny" any day.

  • If by healthy you're talking about even the slightest bit overweight, that's not healthy. A lot of people think that and it's false. Naturally, we are all skinny. But not a lot of people like to hear that.

  • Well, I'm thin AND healthy. You can be both. There is a difference between skinny and bony.
