Did you bank your babies cord blood? How much did you pay?

I paid a 2100 dollar courier, testing, etc fee plus I play 125 a year for storage.

  • I let my babies keep their cord blood with delayed cord clamping to give them the best chances of avoiding anemia and hypovolemia after birth. I had no idea that cord blood banking was so expensive!

  • @Ati 13, they don't delay cord clamping, lol I don't know where you go that info. The cord, still connected to the placenta which is inside you, not the part that is still attached to the baby, is clamped, then they take blood from that clamped end. Not from the part that the baby has clamped.
