Can Ebay take a negative feedback off if it isn't true?

For instance a guy out of the us bought something from me and then wanted ME to pay most of the shipping price because it was "too high" for him. Well duh. He lives out of the US, Of course it's going to be high. It was $34.00 in shipping. You can't get mad at the seller for a shipping price determined by USPS.

  • They can, but they won't. All you can do is amend the feedback you left for them in the first place. Also I think you can reply to their negative somewhere. Check the help section in ebay.

  • You would have to contact ebay. Chances are though they won't remove it. But they will give you a chance to rebutt it.

  • Like "pupmom" said, they can, but they won't. You see, eBay doesn't care what the seller thinks, pays or goes through. eBay only cares about the BUYER! You can file a complaint, you'll be lucky if you get a response.
