What do you think about a "New Edition" of Mark Twain's books?

  • I've been waiting for it to happen for a while, honestly... so many people go off over the wording, without stopping to consider why it's there in the first place. Mark Twain wrote "Huckleberry Finn" as a satire, and it was meant to expose the ill-treatment going on at the time. I hope that this willl allow more children to study these books in school, but I think it detracts from the potency of the message.

  • I think they need to LEAVE CLASSIC LITERATURE ALONE!!! Pisses me off that they have changed it. Somebody needs to beat the idiots about the head and face.
