letting your kids play with it~
put it against the wall, and put your hands on it and do "push ups" agianst it. It's really hard because the ball makes your arms shake.. its just hard haha
also, put it at the middle of your lower back and squat down letting it roll up your back, and with weights in your hand, put your arms up. so you go down and your arms go up, you go up and your arms go down.
