how do i stop biting my cuticles???????

  • Listen maybe you should look up all the infections that this can cause, it might scare you into not doing it!

  • Maybe try getting a cuticle nipper (like this one: Keep it handy and you can just nip the frays right away instead of chewing.

  • You can use the same thing that they put on fingers to keep kids from sucking their thumbs.....

  • it does hurt. they bleed and swell up. ive tried creams and manicures to keep the frays from coming but i keep on chewing. i ever tried the bitter stuff and i just chew threw it! :(

  • I have the same problem! Get something called THUMB at the drug store its bitter and somtimes helps you cant wash it off! or go get a manicure!

  • Try to determine why you are stressing and de-stress. The traffic commute seems to trigger my cuticle-biting tendencies (I never do it when I am on vacation).
