What does this Ultrasound report mean?

Long Story Short. Went to the ER for ever abdominal pain. Got an ultrasound and was told to see a gyno. (Waiting now on the referal to go through)
Ultrasound results:
Endometrium is prominent = 8mm. Left comlpex ovarian cyst (2cm) Small amount of free fluid in the pelvis with possible internal echoes.
I also have back pain and abdominal pain that vicoden wont help. My stomache is so bloated I look 4months pregnant (I'm not I had my tubes tied in early 08) Some mean gas and constipation.
Could this be ovarian cancer ( I have both maternal and paternal history of it)

  • I get ovarian cysts all the time. Normally most peoples are not cancerous. It sounded like they were noticing endometriosis as well. Relax. If you need someone to talk to or blow off some steam message me.
