  • Brown sugar smokies, gorgonzola with dates and pecans drizzled with honey on crostini, buffalo chicken dip, mexican dip, artichoke dip, baked brie in pastry, honey garlic cocktail meatballs, dates filled with cheese wrapped with proscuitto.... great, now I'm drooling!

  • Spinach dip, Taco dip, veggie tray, fruit tray with dip, smokies wrapped in bacon with brown sugar, deviled eggs, bacon wrapped scallops, Shrimp, Canibal sandwiches, Meat and cheese Trays, chicken wings, cucumber sandwiches. Not all at once but those are the ones I did for recent get togethers.

  • Chorizo and cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped with bacon (soaked in liquid smoke for an hour). sausage cheese balls, fresh made salsa.

  • Ham rollups. I cut boiled ham in half, spread on cream cheese that is mixed with yellow mustard and a coin of dill pickle. Then rolled. YUMMY!!
