What does everyone do to stay in shape?

  • I excercise and go to a yoga class. I also eat well, sleep well and drink lots and lots of water.

  • I go to the gym everyday for weight lifting and cardio.

  • Workout videos with cardio/resistance training and dumbbells. I used to use 5lb weights, but I have recently stepped up to 8lb weights......whew!

  • I jog but I have been wanting to add yoga into my routine. I have done it on and off in the past but I really want to do it on a more consistant basis.
