297,000 new jobs added (record for the decade) in December, thoughts?

Employment added more jobs in December 2010 than in any month of the past decade, as private employers – mostly smaller service-providing firms – added almost 300,000 new jobs.

  • Is this post about the new jobs, or about attacking the OP?

Just wondering. . . because I think the fact that there were so many new jobs (whether seasonal or not--at least they provided some income) is great news!

I think attacking the OP for no good reason is not so great.

  • So more people got hired to stock shelves at Toys R Us for 3 weeks than in previous Decembers. That's nice. Will that now reduce the unemployment they're entitled to now that the job is over?
