chicken ideas?

any ideas on how to fix chicken? bbq and shake n bake just doesnt sound good tonight....help

  • throw them in a pan with water and boil them. Pull the meat off the bones when it's done. Mix with mixed veggies & cream of whatever soup in a baking pan, and top with a biscuit topping (bisquick, pillsbury biscuits, cornbread batter, whatever) and bake. Or even a pie crust. Voila, chicken pot pie.

  • throw some spices on it, pop it in the oven! i use paprika, pepper, chicken seasoning, garlic powder.
    put some breadcrumbs on in...bake, throw some sauce on it and some cheese...chicken parm!
    or leave off the sauce and cheese...oven fried chicken!
