    I agree. Cut out pop, juice, coffee and replace it with water. It sounds simple but it goes a long way. Treat your self every now and then but we really don't need all that extra sugar in our drinks. Of course exercise anything that gets your heart rate up and gets you sweating.

  • My "trick" is substituting dinner with a can of Campbell's Chunky soup (a non-cream variety) 3 nights a week. It's only about 250 calories for the whole thing, it fills me up, and they taste great. Tonight I had Split Pea and Ham with 1/2 teaspoon of curry. Yummmm. :-d
