Any recipe ideas for leftover pasta sauce...

That does NOT include pasta? We've had pasta the past few nights and we still have a lot.. I'm at a loss on what to do unless I freeze it. The ingredients I have on hand are: chicken breasts, ground beef, italian sausage, green pepper, onion, eggs, cheese (parm), bread... i think that's about it... any ideas ladies?

  • sliced italian sausage mixed with sauce and onions and grn. peppers. Scoop onto rolls top with parm cheese. YUM!

  • I'd freeze it. I can't eat it more than 2 days in a row so I freeze the extra.

  • I always freeze my sauce. I make a humongous pot of tomato sauce, then freeze it in a bunch of seperate bags. It's great because it lasts months. We make lasagna, meatball subs, chicken parm or eggplant parm, stuffed cabbages. I love having so much extra on hand, it makes future dinners super-duper easy.
