Craving chocolate!

So Im PMSing and craving chocolate right now! Im trying to eat healthier, and have been doing well so far. So, should I give in and have a bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce, drink chocolate milk, or just skip it and keep drinking water?

  • why not have what you want, but stick to a REAL serving size? and drink a big glass of water with it. then get the heck away from the kitchen!
