I took them out of the freezer this morn before work but I have no idea what I am gonna make.
Anyone have some good ideas?
Thanks!

  • Harvest Drumsticks
    Yield=6 servings
    1 1/2 lbs. skinless, bone-in chicken thighs
    ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
    Salt & pepper
    1 ½ TBSP canola oil
    28-oz. can fire-roasted chopped tomatoes, lightly drained
    2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    ½ cup dry red wine
    8 oz. multigrain thin spaghetti
    2 medium sliced zucchini
    Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet on medium h-high. Add chicken. Cook 4-5 minutes, browning on all sides, turning often. In a 4 qt. or larger slow cooker, combine tomatoes, bacon, onion, garlic, and wine. Add chicken; cook on high 2 ½ to 3 hours or on low 6-8 hrs, or till tender. Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Stir in zucchini to slow cooker during last 5-10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
