  • cut it into bite sized pieces, bread it lightly in flour, fry it til the outside is crisp. put in a roasting pan with one can diced tomatoes, i sliced bell pepper, one or two sliced onions. flavor to taste!

  • Line a roasting pan with foil. Place onions, carrots, garlic on bottom and meat over veggies. Mix a packet of onion soup mix in a cup of water and pour over meat and veggies. Cover with foil and make at 325 for 20 mins/lb of meat.
