how much exercise do you get a day? Do you plan on doing more in the near future?

I walk about an hour a day and do at home exercises for my core.

 

I start a circuit training class on the 18th & I've heard it's intense

  • 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week...and yes, I plan on bumping that up by about a 1/2 hour (to start) =)

  • I do about an hour a day, 5 days a week. It varies between cardio and weights at the gym, a good hard bike ride, or a run followed by Jillian Michaels's 30 Day Shred.

  • i walk 45 mins/day..and i'm up/down the stairs dozens of time during the day. that's about it!

  • I walk to the car, the fridge, on campus to class....that's about it right now. I need to get back into my routine but (insert lame excuse).

  • I try to workout every day. I have 3 different 1 hour workouts that KICK BUTT! I had fallen off the workout wagon for a while with the holidays and everything, but I'm back!!

  • I need to get back in to working out. We've been in the middle of a cross country move, then the holidays, so I've been slacking.

  • i tend to do only 30 minutes a day since is winter but once the weather starts to warm up i'll be more out and be able to work out more.
