  • The earliest I've ever had anyone tell is 16 weeks and that is pushing it. Everybody starts out looking like a girl because the testicles don't decend and stuff. With my first baby they told me at 20 weeks and the 2nd baby they told me at around 17.5 weeks. At your stage, they're just getting to a pointwhere they can hear a heartbeat on dopplar.

  • I found out with this baby at 16 weeks and that was still early. But they were right. They said it was a boy and then confirmed it again at 21 weeks. But 12 is still too early. Anything before 16 weeks is not going to be 100%.

  • In the delivery room....all three times! Most people find out around 20 weeks. 12 weeks is a little too early by ultrasound. Congrats!

  • I found out at 15 weeks. I had a special ultrasound done at that point to look for any problems after I had a postive test result come back indicating something could be wrong, plus my son was in a very accomodating position lol. Otherwise I would have had to wait until 17 weeks I think.
