How do you exercise?

I need to start working out, and I need some ideas. Something fun, that doesnt require any equipment or videos or anything or that sort.

  • use canned veggies as hand weights and do curls. walk away the pounds dvd, but once you learn the few steps you can do it anywhere. It do it while making dinner or cleaning house. walking and sit ups, squats with a chair

  • You can do Pilates to strengthen and tone.
    Cardio to lose the weight. - Running, walking, swimming, aerobics, etc.
