How long do you work out for?

  • Anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes per day, depending on how I'm feeling and the level of intensity. I do this 4 - 6 days per week.

  • In a perfect world, I'd run for 30-60 minutes every day. In the real world, most days I run for 20 minutes between other obligations, and every now and then get a chance to head out for a "real" run or 30-45 minutes.

  • When I get to the gym I do a half hour of the elliptical then use some equipment to do crunches and sit ups.

  • Varies. On Sunday's I go on long runs - that long run depends on where I am in training - those can last 4 hrs for 20+ miles run which I'll be doing in March. For now, 60 min - 2 hrs depending on the workout that day 6 days a week.
