I found a way to get the girls to quite fighting.

I figured it out, I figured it out, ( that song is stuck in my head) Not a question but had to share.

So the girls have been fighting a lot lately. Spanking, time outs, yelling, separations, ignoring; non of it worked. So I tried a the Parent trap fix (remember the original movie).

So I stuck them both in a small play tent and told them they couldn't come out till they figured it out. Took 15 min, but the tent and the girls are in tack. And there has been a whole lot less fighting since then.

Thank you everyone for the advice on the matter.

  • when they are old enough
i made them do a chore together in tight quarters - like scrub the tub together
got the worst chore done AND they had to work it out together in a tight space
always worked - how? i have no idea
but no fighting kids aAND a clean tub!!

  • Glad you finally learned about spanking not working. I've been trying to get that across to people for a long time.
