I really cant sleep what can i do to get a good nights sleep?

I am beyond tired its like there are not enough hours in the day to complete the things i have to do.... Help anyone

  • Try relaxation exercises. Think about your feet being heavy and tired and let them rest and say good night and then work the rest the of the way up. Take several deep breathes before you start and continue to breathe deeply throughout the exercise. It sounds crazy but it helps my daughter sleep.

  • Try drinking a chamomile tea before going to bed warm milk and make sure that your room is dark even a little bit of light can prevent you from sleeping if you see that nothing works then talk to your doctor

  • Meletonin, or valerian root. I prefer Meletonin 3mgs.
