  • It is just me and husband. We are going to Olive Garden at 2:30 for soup and sandwich --All You Can Eat--. Dinner will be whatever you can find. I know I will have Dannon Coffee Yogurt.

  • Baked chicken, stuffing, and green beans .... or chicken noodle soup. Haven't decided which one yet.


    *HINT* If you are going to be baking your chicken breasts (skinless, boneless) DO NOT THAW them. Put them in a 13x9 baking dish, add soup (cream of mushroom) or whatever topping (alfredo sauce is really good) over the top, put in enough water to cover half the breasts, cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 60-90 minutes ... it will be the most tender and juiciest chicken EVER.
