How do you exfoliate?

I save coffee grounds and use them for a caffeinated body scrub. I have to clean the coffee oil off afterwards, but my skin feels peachy smoooth!

  • I have gloves for my body. A sponge for my face or a facial lotion product. Coffee grounds? Wakes a body up.

  • saint ives apricot scrub, i use it all over my body. it sloughs away dead skin cells and leaves my skin smooth and soft, also prevents breakouts on my face.

  • i use the aveeno brightening scrub on my face. might try the coffee grounds for my body sometime, but since i'm the only one that drinks coffee it will take me a while to save up enough grounds lol (i have a keurig so i guess i'll just save a couple of the cups the next time i'm in the mood for coffee!)
