is it ok to give a 2 year old vitamins?

since i asked the other question about my son not eating meat..
i cant give him pnut butter/nuts, dairy,eggs, or tomatoes to supliment the protein hes missing out on.so can i give him vitamins?

  • I started vitamins at that age but my son's doctor told me to cut it in half.

  • yes it is. ive been giving my son vitamins since he was two. hes 3 now. i but the gummy vitimins so he thinks there fruit snacks he takes everyday. just make sure u read the box that its for 2yrs and up.
