I think my daughter has milk allergies she seems to get diarhea every time she has anything with milk in it. We are in the process of having her tested, but in the mean time I am having a heck of a time trying to think of things to feed her or even recipes that we can all eat that dont contain milk. Any ideas on this? Please help! By the way she is 12 months old
