What is the worst illness you have ever had?

I had scarlet fever as a child, and pneumonia as an adult. I think those are my worst.

  • I had my appendix removed...I was in 3rd grade...they just caught it before my appendix burst...I could have died from infection...that is the worst for me...

  • double pneumonia. It sucked!

    and kidney infection so bad that it caused me to have a 3 day stay at the hospital.

  • I've been very lucky in my life. The worst I've ever had was a rotten bout of salmonella poisoning on my honeymoon, 2 months pregnant. Thank GOD it doesn't effect pregnancy ... I was hugging the toilet a lot that night!

  • My appendix burst inside me when I was 25. Had to have emergency surgery and ended up losing part of my intestines too. I have had other things happen but that was definitely the worst.

  • Well, I've got diabetes, so I suppose that's what I SHOULD say is the worst, but I had one HECK of a rotten case of shingles!! Oooooh, never wanna go through that again!

  • Kidney stones,pneumonia was hospitalized for 2 weeks,pleurisy, and appendix ruptured.
