How can I challenge my family so they will be committed to making better and healthier lifestyle changes?

I want all of my family to commtt to eating better and being more active.
What kind of challenge can I propose to them?

  • Make gradual changes. Eventually, they will notice that they have more energy and feel better

  • small changes and DON'T tell them . i switched DH lemonade out with crystal lite for 4 months before i told him. Kraft makes a whole grain mac and cheese. let them eat what they love just make it healthier. i use margarine sticks instead of butter and again DH didn't know till i told him that is was margarine not butter. once they have been eating it for a while and loving it THEN tell them what it is because if they know what it is then in their mind it will taste bad

  • Yep, it starts with you. If you only buy healthy stuff, then if they are hungry they will eat it. or I promise they will eat it.

  • Stop buying them junk food and get rid of all the game consoles and make them go outside.

  • If you control what comes IN TO the house you control what goes IN their bodies. Stop buying " junk " food and fast food. Only buy what you what them to eat.
