  • I can't pick one. I have a cookbook by Rose Murray ~ 125 Best Casserole & One-pot Meals ~ and every one I've tried out of it has been *to die for*. The whole family agrees it's the best cookbook on my shelf. I made the cabbage roll casserole last night and it was all I coud do to not eat until I hurt myself.

Mine is using partially cooked, sliced 'scalloped' potatoes, cheese, sour cream, hamburger and baking it til potatoes are done cooking.
