Searching For Recipe

I have been trying to find this recipe since I was like 12, but don't know anyone that might know what it is or how to make it...

It is filled with mashed potatoes and peas and is deep fried. I believe the outside was kind of like pot pie breading in texture...or maybe like a turnover breading.

I want to say that it was Indian in origination, but I am not sure. It was one of the tastiest things ever and I have never had anything like it since.

  • Unfortunately some lady mom knew through work years ago used to make them and would bring them in for her to take home for us. So, I don't even know what the lady looked like that made them. I appreciate the help Snavarro08. :)
