I think the first thing to do is to look at your lifestyle. Do you stay up all night and get up early and stayup all day? Do you eat a lot of junkfood? There are soo many things that could be causing you to be tired all the time. If you are depressed, that could be a reason. Low iron.....you may need to take vitamine. There may be something wrong with your thyroid.
I recommend seeing a doctor and getting a physical. He or shei s best equipped to determine what is causing your fatigue.
