3 Bumps

exercise question.

Is there an exercise that will firm up my breasts a little. After breastfeeding what little I do have look sick. Lol

  • pecs. put your hands in a prayer like position with elbows outward and "push" your hands together. do 15 repetitions, 2 sets, 1-2 times a day. nothing will bring the boobs back up, but this will firm the muscle under up a bit, and make it appear to firm the breast. good luck!

  • If u can't get to a gym. Use 2 gallons from milk and put water in them and put your hands up with elbows bent and go from the front of u 2 the side. That works! I do it!

  • Pretty much... No. You can bulk up the chest wall muscles but if your breasts are sagging, surgery is the only cure,

  • Breastfeeding doesn't make your breasts sag, pregnancy and gravity does. :) There isn't really anything you can do for sagging breasts.
