  • No. My four year old sleeps about 12 to 13 hours at night, but no longer takes naps during the day.

  • Yes he still naps about 2 hours a day. He also sleeps through the night nicely. If he doesn't nap, he'll crash and be super grouchy by 5:00. He's is like a rocket & needs to recharge his little battery! LOL!

  • Only if needed. Sometimes just playing or watching a movie in her room for an hour or two alone really helps

  • No. I don't allow her to nap, for if she does, she will not fall asleep until almost 10pm. Naps have been over for about a year and a half now.

  • My daughter stopped napping at 2. The only way to get her to sleep during the day is if we are going somewhere and she falls asleep in the car... I miss naps on my days off :)....

  • Nope. My son stopped napping around 20 months or so. He sleeps from 8pm -7.30 am every night though.
