  • I'd cook it in a spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce and serve over pasta and a salad and bread.

  • Serve the chicken, salad or green beans (I love garlic green beans mmm), and bread. Either slices of bread with cheese or bread sticks. Even french bread would work.

    Very easy meal. =) GL

  • Oh, you can do so many things. Cut it into chunks, saute it with some onions and garlic, maybe mushrooms, in a little olive oil. When it's all browned, add some chicken broth and let it simmer. Then serve it over cooked noodles or other pasta.

Put it in an Italian soup.

Bake or saute the breasts, (you may want to either butterfly or pound them if they are thick). Serve them on french rolls with some sauteed red peppers and onions.

    Just have fun!

  • You gotta be careful suggesting things when you don't know what the marinade consists of. I can't suggest any direct way of cooking it, except grilling it or baking it. Those are two sure fire things that are almost guaranteed safe to do.

As far as making soup, etc... I don't know what cut the chicken is (I only make soup with white) or what the marinade consists of, so I can't give you any more details than that.
