Top Chef judges often say that the food needs more salt.
Why don't they just put more on it.
I hate food that has too much salt.
Most restaurant, processed and prepared food has too much salt.
It is not good for us and I prefer too little salt to too much.
I can add my own if I want more.
Do any of you agree or am I off the wall.
I do know there is a difference to have the salt cooked in the food.
I just am really against too much and it often makes food uneatable to me.
