Can you just pour a jar of pickled beets over hard boiled eggs to make pickled eggs?

  • No, it takes about a week in that juice to make pickled eggs.. What I do is buy the hot sausages in the jar with the red juice and place my eggs in them.

  • I take old jars of pickles and put beets in them to make pickled beets and then put the eggs in after to make pickled eggs all the time. No it is not an instant thing, but yes you can just put the hard boiled eggs in the pickled beet juice.
