On a scale from 1-10, how did you feel when you were pregnant?

I felt like a 0-1 with my son (I had hyperemesis and was sick the entire time) and with this pregnancy I only feel about a 3-4 maybe. I'm not a wimp but I feel like total crap when I'm pregnant. I hear women say they felt no different, is this true for any of you?
