Do you close your question when you see a spat occuring in the middle of it?!

I just got back on CM after a busy day, to check my questions I'd posted earlier. I was disgusted when half way thru, 2 moms were going back & forth w/ each other. Why not send messages back & forth, & stop doing your battle in the middle of the question, which ceases to be what you are fighting about now? Just sayin'

  • I rarely get debates on my questions, but when I do, I usually leave it open a little longer to see if I get more "real" answers, then close it.

  • I haven't had that problem, but I would if I did. I refuse to let shit like that ruin a perfectly innocent question.

  • Sometimes. It's kind of pointless when the question ends up going in a different direction

  • Haven't had that happen, but I think I would first call them out and ask them to just stop.
