  • You can treat most cases of athlete's foot at home with over-the-counter lotion, cream, or spray. For bad cases, your doctor may give you a prescription for pills or for medicine you put on your skin.

Keep your shoes dry (spray to kills germs). Keep you feet dry and clean. Wear cotton socks when possible. Good luck.

  • The clotrimizole cream works well, you can also use the lotrimin spray on kind which I have had success with as well. Oh, and Zeasorb powder. I used to work at a cotton factory and got rash similar to athlete's foot on my armpits and had the cream and powder prescribed but they are both available OTC
