Pharmacy Technician Help

Does anyone have an easier technique for dilution of stock solutions??

Also, any info or techniques or better explanations of milliequivalents?

I suck at math, if you can't get the hint :P

Thank you!

  • easier technique than what? MV=MV? Equivalent is a term used in chemistry, and milli (meaning 1/1000) of that is used because it's a very small amount. I would need a more detailed question to answer you more thoroughly.

  • I don't understand it enough to even ask a more detailed question, lol. There is an example in my workbook & then an instructional problem showing how they worked it out but it just doesn't make much sense. Then again, no math does IMO. lol

I don't have an instructor, I'm just studying for a test through a work-sponsored program, there is no "class".
