  • Our church has a wide variety from the older ladies who still come all dressed up to the teen girls who come in jeans and t-shirts. As long as all necessary parts are covered, I think you'll be fine.

  • I usually aim for what would be considered business-casual.

  • When I was growing up, you wore nothing less than your Sunday Best. Girls/women in dresses, boys in slacks & dress shirt & tie, men in suits. But, nowadays, I've seen all kinds of dress in church. Anywhere from men in dress jeans to suits, women in jeans to fancy dresses. As long as you are not dressed in any tacky fashion, I think you will be fine.

  • Our church isn't really strict-strict, but more casual stuff is kind of frowned upon. Jeans are few & far between unless it's an evening service maybe led by the young people, or for younger boys. Women don't get really dressy, we have a lot of slacks/pants/khakis & nice sweaters or blouses or blazers. In the summer there are a lot of lighter dresses but almost nothing sleeveless except for little girls. I wear pants & a nice shirt, or maybe a skirt & shirt, I did wear jeans (the really dark trouser-jeans) last week. My kids current church outfits - DS wears cords, button down, sweater vest, 1 DD wears pants, short blazer (shrug? kind of) with a longer shirt under, 2 DDs wear leggings & sweater dresses.
