I just wing it! It's a routine lunch for my kids since it's like the only thing they will eat.
Boil about half a box of elbow macaroni, drain. Add in 1 tbsp. butter and stir until melted. Add 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and about 1/4 cup milk, stir. Turn on the heat again if you need help melting the cheese......add more cheese to thicken, add more milk to thin. Salt to taste (I don't add salt for the kids, they don't need the excess sodium).

You'd have to cut the recipe down to how much you want to make......just figure it out for how much you are making. Not as many eggs...etc.....but THIS is awesome! My family LOVES this! I just use like 2 eggs in mine, with 3 boxes of pasta noodles.....and eyeball everything else!
